Challenge: The Dominican Republic faced a significant challenge in providing access to quality English language education, particularly in rural and underserved regions. Solution: In collaboration with Jinso Labs, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (MESCYT) launched the "Inglés de Inmersión para la Competitividad" program.
