We help institutions serve people better and faster.
Our vision is to build AI infrastructure for institutions, starting with education

Jinso team in action

Our Core Members

Jay is a polyglot and AI specialist trained at Harvard who has been building education companies since high school. In 2022, he sold Jinso Research to Correlation One, where he became one of the first people globally to use LLMs for educational content development. At Correlation One, he sold training programs to Amazon, the US Department of Defense, and other major institutions, and saw firsthand how they all struggled to measure and improve outcomes because their data lived in silos.

Camilo studied physics at Harvard, completing his thesis in quantum mechanics before being admitted to a top PhD program. He left in year two to focus on EdTech full-time. He brings operational discipline from running political campaigns at the city and state level in Houston, along with proven experience scaling mission-driven organizations through complexity.

Ethan brings deep technical leadership from his role as CTO of a Series B YC-backed company, where he led AI development for IoT device integration. He then founded Access, an EdTech company that used AI to build personalized learning pathways. His experience building government-grade systems with the US Air Force gives Jinso the technical rigor required to serve institutional clients at scale.

How we work
We build for institutions that train millions. That means moving fast without breaking trust.
Mission over Reputation
We don't care about being hated. We are focused on the work, not the optics.
Relentless Improvement
We raise the bar every day. Over time, performance expectations increase because you are expected to constantly upskill. If you're not improving, you're slipping below expectations. We proactively share roadmap updates and optimization logs to demonstrate value evolution—internally and externally.
High Agency
We find a way when others see walls. When told something is impossible, we ask "does this defy the laws of physics?"—and if not, we solve it. We don't wait for permission, perfect conditions, or someone else to figure it out. We're resourceful, relentless, and allergic to excuses. No rumination, no vague hand-wringing—just clear thinking, bias to action, and the disagreeability to push through when gatekeepers say no.
Technical Rigor Applied to Human Systems
We measure and apply systems thinking. Our decisions are built on the bedrock of evidence, whether we're calibrating AI models to national curriculum standards or solving messy operational problems.
Humble Audacity
We move while others hesitate. We ask for what we want, try things that seem crazy, and don't protect our egos. We build bridges when we see blocked roads. We are kind, but we are direct. Only possible through focused empathy. We address their real concerns, not our assumptions about them.
Outcomes over Effort
We don't accept mediocrity. The institutions we serve are slow, and that's why they hire us. We are the injection of pace. When you own a problem, you own the outcome, not the effort. Failures from poor execution are not accepted. We build for the real context—culturally localized, politically aware, and institutionally safe—not for some imagined universal user.
Join the learning company of the future
We're a technology company, but at our core, we're a human learning company. Come build systems that make education a bridge, not a barrier.
